The Club trial search area was a smaller carpeted room, just off the main hall. The room contained a very large and full bookshelf with an adjacent table housing more stacks of books with some boxes of books under the table too,  some comfy chairs were also in this corner, as well as some other tables and stacks of chairs around the rest of the perimeter of the room, and in the middle of the room were two further rows of chairs. In the corner opposite the bookshelves was a very large box housing musical equipment. Doors led into the kitchen and hall from the search area, but were kept closed, however there was an open hatch into the kitchen too. The hide was hidden under the handle of the large box.

Some of the teams failed to find the hide but the dogs offered some lovely searching. Other dogs searched systematically around the room, located the hide and gave some nice clear indications.

The Bronze trial search area was in the main hall, which is a large space with a high ceiling. Serval doors led off the area, into the side room as well as some fire escapes to outside, all of the doors were kept closed. In the middle of the room were a few tables and chairs dotted around. At the front of the room there was a piano, several very tall stacks of chairs, a couple of tables covered in cloths, a low stage which was accessible to the dogs and some folded tables lent up against the wall the corner. The flooring was a mixture of hard flooring with a small area of carpet. Teams entered the search area from the back of the room. The first hide was located behind the pedal of the piano and the second hide was located deep between the folded tables. All of the dogs found at least one hide with many finding both. All teams covered the search area well and there were some really clear indications from the dogs.
