Jo & Sam had the pleasure of judging some wonderful teams who entered the Bronze Trail on Friday.

The trial was held at Positively Canines Training School.  The search area was inside the training barn.

The area was made smaller and the teams had the perimeter which consisted of sofas, crates, ramps and chairs for the majority, with one area that was a little more cluttered and was at the end of the perimeter.  There was a hide placed in the cluttered area at the end of the perimeter.  Only one dog managed to find this and indicate,  but every dog did pick up on the odour with most not being given the opportunity to work it in or go back to that area.

There were some objects in the middle of the search area which included,  a tunnel,  chairs,  a raised dog bed and a childs play tent.  The second hide was places underneath the raised dog bed with all dogs been successful in finding this one.

Some lovely handling and good level of tasking when needed with dogs listening and working well as a team.

1st Jill Blackburn and Charlie Freckles 78

2nd Charlotte Wood and Monty 77

3rd Linda Sayers and Bailey 76

4th Isabella Hawthorne and Nina 75

5th Jane Potter and Candy 74

6th Tara Sheehan and Shy 63
