Bronze 1

This was a large study hall. The first hide was placed in a open fronted filing until in the left corner of the room and the 2nd hide was placed under the foot of a fan at the back of the room. Every dog managed to locate both hides well. Most dogs did a lap or 2 of the room before settling into work. Once tasked everyone worked incredibly well to locate and indicate on the hides.

Bronze 2

This search was a short section of corridor that lead to a small classroom. The first hide was on a laptop trolley, which several dogs didn’t manage to work to source but have a nice solid indication on the trolley. The second hide was hidden in the bottom drawer of the teacher desk, this required the handler to make sure there dogs covered this area. Only a couple of dogs missed this hide.

It was so nice to see several of you start your journeys today and you should all be thrilled with how well every team achieved their personal goals. Looking forward to watching some of you take the next step up and challenge yourselves as you are ready
